An early harvest certified organic extra virgin olive oil, pressed same day of harvest. Bearing the P.D.O. seal indicating a practice described as "first cold press", which preserves the oil's freshness, flavor and health benefits. 

A premium, certified organic Kalamata P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) extra virgin, with exceptional aroma and flavor characteristics olive oil. Described by an international expert as having: “a full, rich taste with complex green and herbal overtones”. Placed in a label box (as pictured). Great for gifting.

Olive variety & origin: Koroneiki olive trees, from Kyparissia, Western Greek Peloponnese.
Olive oil category: Certified organic P.D.O. premium extra virgin, acidity level 0.5% or below, very high polyphenol content: total polyphenols 606mg/kg (over 2.4x higher than average organic extra virgin olive oil).
Organoleptic profile: Assertive, medium fruity and aromatic, medium pungency and spiciness, slightly bitter with peppery aftertaste.
Uses & food pairing: Use raw for dipping, or on dishes that call for flavour enhancement: toasted bread, sautéed vegetables, pulses, marinades, grilled or roast meat.
