Olive variety & origin: Koroneiki olive trees, from Kyparissia, Western Greek Peloponnese.

Olive oil category: Certified organic P.D.O. premium extra virgin, acidity level 0.5% or below, very high polyphenol content: 606 mg/Kg (3x higher than average organic extra virgin olive oil).

Organoleptic profile: Assertive, medium fruity and aromatic, medium pungency and spiciness, slightly bitter with peppery aftertaste.
