This limited Premium collection is sourced from a family owned and operated farm in Rodhia, Messina, Greece, where a herd of ponies lives on the land and not only coexists but actively participates in olive tree cultivation by contributing to the weeding and trees' health in a natural way. This innovative and unique natural cohabitation is an elegant display of biodiversity at work and produces a unique healthy and natural organic extra virgin olive oil.
